Give to KD

KD Foundation donors change lives.

The mission of the Kappa Delta Foundation is to secure funds for the educational, leadership, and charitable purposes of Kappa Delta Sorority.

With the generous support of Kappa Deltas across the country, the Kappa Delta Foundation makes a difference in the lives of its members and others. Contributions from alumnae, collegians and friends of Kappa Delta enable the foundation to fund scholarships and educational opportunities, provide internships and leadership training, and support our national philanthropies and numerous local community outreach programs.

A Partnership that Builds Confidence and Inspires Action.

We are one Kappa Delta, but legally the foundation and sorority are two separate organizations. Established in 1981 when the late Dorothea Cavin (Alpha Psi-Drury) left Kappa Delta the largest single bequest it had ever received, the KD Foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation, while Kappa Delta Sorority is a 501(c)(7) corporation. Each entity offers unique opportunities for Kappa Delta members to take action in the world. To see how we are living out this motto, view our most recent annual report.
