Chapter Development

The CDC has been thoroughly trained by National Council members and National Headquarters staff in all aspects of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is well versed in sorority policies and is an excellent resource in helping your chapter maximize campus and national prestige. During the visit, the CDC will meet with all council and appointed officers to provide ideas and target areas for improvement.

Recruitment and Spirit Week

A CDC is available to assist your chapter in all phases of your membership recruitment program. She is a skilled motivator, who is adept at facilitating formal, informal, and open recruitment plans. She will meet with multiple recruitment officers throughout the week to help guide the chapter in strengthening the recruitment process.

Recruitment Planning

The CDC will meet with the VP-Membership, Membership assistants, event chairs, Panhellenic Advisor and CAB Membership Advisor to assist the chapter in formal recruitment planning. She will also co-facilitate recruitment workshops for the chapter. If time allows, she will also meet with other officers pertinent to the new member program. .

Open Recruitment Planning and Assistance

The CDC will work with the VP-Membership in developing successful open recruitment plans. The CDC will assist the chapter in implementing a successful open recruitment by facilitating necessary workshops and preparations. .

Officer Transition

The CDC will work with the VP-operations to plan and implement an effective officer transition program. Also, chapter members holding an incoming and/or outgoing council or appointed office will meet with the CDC to discuss plans and ideas for the incoming officer. .
