October 1 Annual Report

Annual Chapter Housing Report. Due October 1 of each year, the Chapter Housing Annual Report will serve two functions; one, to recap the summer and the previous year, and two, to look forward to the future and planning ahead.

At first glance, the three page report may look long and cumbersome, but it is not intended to be thought of that way. Please look upon this as a gathering tool to help you gather the important information you need to successfully and safely operate a chapter housing facility and productively plan for future improvements. The good news is that most of the information may stay the same from year to year. If you keep a copy of this report on your computer, you can just update it every year and send it in. It has form fields and check boxes that you can just fill in right on your computer. If you have not worked with form fields before, they are great! You begin typing the information and the form field expands to hold all the information you need to fill in. If you have any questions, please contact me.
