Dating Abuse Awareness Campaign

As creator of the Confidence Coalition, Kappa Delta joined forces with the National Domestic Violence Hotline to develop its “Friends Say the Tough Stuff, So Say It” campaign. The campaign raises awareness of dating violence and encourages friends to offer support, advice and intervention when they believe a friend is in an unhealthy relationship.

According to Love Is Respect, girls and young women between the ages of 16 and 24 experience the highest rate of intimate partner violence—almost triple the national average.
